Ingredients:
3 pears, sliced |
2 tablespoons flour |
2 tablespoons sugar |
1/4 teaspoon ginger |
1/8 teaspoon salt |
1 cup fresh breadcrumb |
1/2 cup coconut |
1/4 cup brown sugar |
3 tablespoons melted butter |
3 tablespoons honey |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375*. 2. Arrange pears over bottom of 9x9 inch baking pan. 3. Mix flour, sugar ginger salt and sprinkle over pears. 4. Mix the rest of ingredients and spread on top. 5. Bake for 25 minutes. |
