This recipe goes with Cumin Lamb Chops with Pear Chutney Ingredients:
3 cups chopped pear (about 2) |
1/3 cup dried cranberries |
1/3 cup sugar |
1/4 cup orange juice |
2 tablespoons minced peeled fresh ginger |
2 tablespoons white vinegar |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper |
1/4 teaspoon dry mustard |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil; reduce heat, and simmer, uncovered, 30 minutes or until thick. Serve warm or at room temperature. |
