Good in Oatmeal and as a spread for toast Ingredients:
1 lb pears, peeled and sliced |
1/4 c water |
1 t sugar |
1/4 t ginger |
Directions:
1. Microwave pears in water until soft. Mash or put through sieve. put in heavy saucepan and cook until thicj, stiring to keep from sticking. Add sugat and ginger if desired |
