This is a real summer lover, it is great while the pears are in season to Ingredients:
75 g blue stilton cheese, crumbled |
142 ml single cream |
2 williams pears |
150 g mixed salad greens |
25 g walnut halves, taosted |
Directions:
1. gently heat the cheese and single cream in a pan until the cheese has melted. 2. peel the pears, core and cut into thick slices. 3. arrange on four plates with the salad leaves and the walnuts. 4. drizzle with the warm stilton dressing. 5. For A Change:. 6. Replace stilton with 75g dolcelatte. 7. and the walnuts with 25g toasted hazelnuts. |
