This was made up by me with some simple ingredients in our kitchen one day. We love it! Delicious mouthful of sweet, juicy, creamy, and crunchy. Enjoy! Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups mascarpone cheese |
32 crackers (such as carr's® table water®) |
4 pears, peeled and sliced |
32 dates, pitted and sliced |
1/2 teaspoon dried tarragon |
Directions:
1. Spread 1 tablespoon mascarpone cheese onto each cracker; top with 1 pear slice and 1 date. Sprinkle each hors d'oeuvre with a pinch of tarragon. |
