Fast and refreshing vegetable and fruit salad
Ingredients:
2 ripe pears (any variety)
2 medium cucumbers
1 teaspoon sesame oil
2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
salt & freshly ground black pepper
lettuce leaf (optional)
Directions:
1. Core the pears and cut into small bite size pieces.
2. Split the cucumbers in half length-wise and scoop out the seeds with a teaspoons
3. Slice cucumbers into thin slices.
4. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and toss.
5. Serve on bed of lettuce leaves.
