The Vegetarian Kitchen Table Cookbook Ingredients:
1 bunch chicory lettuce, trimmed |
2 pears, thinly sliced |
1/2 lemon, juice of |
salt and pepper |
1/4 cup olive oil |
3 ounces parmesan cheese, shaved |
Directions:
1. In a bowl, combine chicory and pears. Season with lemon juice and salt and pepper to taste. Add olive oil and mix. 2. Arrange salad on salad plates and garnish with Parmesan. |
