Ingredients:
1 bunch chicory lettuce, trimmed
2 pears, thinly sliced
1/2 lemon, juice of
salt and pepper
1/4 cup olive oil
3 ounces parmesan cheese, shaved
Directions:
1. In a bowl, combine chicory and pears. Season with lemon juice and salt and pepper to taste. Add olive oil and mix.
2. Arrange salad on salad plates and garnish with Parmesan.
