This is an extremely easy appetizer that makes it look like you're a gourmet! Very nice for a starter for a dinner party or to go with cocktails. Note: this recipe is for one small pizza which cuts into 4 wedges. Read more . I usually make several and be sure to serve them hot out of the oven! Ingredients:
pre-made pizza crust, boboli, small size |
fresh bosc pears, sliced thin |
1/2 to 3/4 cup of good bleu cheese, crumbled |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 450. 2. Place Boboli crust on baking sheet. 3. Crumble bleu cheese on crust. 4. Top with thinly sliced fresh pears. 5. Bake for 15 minutes or until browned. 6. Cut into wedges and serve immediately. |
