Pear Amp Smoked Turkey Salad |

All-in-one salad. Grab stuff from the deli and the under 10 check-out line and I'm good to go. Ingredients:
2 cups of baby spring greens |
1 head of romaine chopped (about 2 cups) |
1 pack of hydroponic spinach leaves (2 cups) |
1 large bunch of green onions, diced |
1/2 cup of chopped toasted pecans |
2 red pears, cored and sliced thin or chunked |
1 1/2 cups of smoked turkey, cut in a chunky dice |
dressing |
1/2 cup of best mayonnaise |
1/2 cup of whole berry cranberry sauce |
squeeze of one fresh lemon |
generous squeeze from the honey bear |
salt and pepper to taste |
Directions:
1. Dice onions, chop pecans, chop pears, chop turkey. 2. In a large bowl, mix the washed and dried greens. Add the other ingredients. 3. Mix dressing with a fork, taste add salt and pepper to taste. 4. Pour over salad, toss and eat right away. 5. Feeds four generously. |
