Jumex pear nectar can be found in the Mexican ethnic food section of your market. Ingredients:
3 ounces pear nectar (jumex) |
1 1/2 ounces coconut rum |
1 ounce triple sec |
1/2 lime, juice of |
Directions:
1. Shake all the ingredients together and pour over crushed ice in a tall glass. 2. Garnish with the fruit of your choice (if desired - strawberries are gorgeous). |
