Peanutty Peanut Butter Bread For The Breadmaker |

This is such an unusual yet great recipe. First time I made this I was amazed at how moist and delicious it was. Now it is a regular in my household especially during the holidays when I make several loaves and give as gifts. Ingredients:
1 cup plus 2 tablespoons water |
2 tablespoons butter |
1/2 teaspoon vanilla |
3 cups bread flour |
3/4 cup peanut butter chips |
3 tablespoons sugar |
1 tablespoon dry milk |
3/4 teaspoon salt |
1-1/2 teaspoons bread machine yeast |
1/3 cup chopped peanuts |
glaze |
1/2 cup powdered sugar |
1/4 teaspoon vanilla |
2 teaspoons milk |
Directions:
1. Combine everything except glaze ingredients in bread pan then choose the light crust cycle. 2. Do not use delay cycles. 3. Remove to rack to cool. 4. While still warm drizzle with glaze. 5. To make glaze, combine powdered sugar, vanilla and milk. |
