This one has a crumbly peanutty topping on top! YUMMY!!! Ingredients:
1 (18 1/4 ounce) box yellow cake mix |
1 cup creamy peanut butter |
1/2 cup brown sugar |
1 cup water |
3 eggs |
1/4 cup vegetable oil |
1 cup peanut butter and chocolate chips |
1 cup chocolate-covered peanuts (goobers) |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 2. Beat cake mix, peanut butter, and brown sugar in a large mixing bowl until crumbly. 3. Set aside 1/2 cup of mixture. 4. Add water, eggs, and oil to the remaining crumb mixture; mix on low speed until moistened. Beat on high for 2 minutes. 5. Stir in chocolate and peanut butter chips. 6. Pour into prepared 9 X 13in cake pan. 7. Sprinkle with goobers, remaining chocolate/peanut butter chips, and reserved crumbly mixture over batter. 8. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until tooth pick inserted in cake comes out clean. 9. Cool completely. |
