This is a recipe I found on the back of a Jiff bottle.My family and friends love it. Could not be easier! Ingredients:
1 cp peanutbutter ( have the best luck with jif) |
1/2 cp sugar |
1/2 cp brown sugar |
1 egg |
Directions:
1. preheat oven to 350
2. drop cookies by tsp. full
3. flatten slightly with fork in a crisscross manner(dip fork in sugar so it does not stick to cookies)
4. sprinkle with sugar
5. bake 350 for 8to10min.
6. you will know they are ready when cookie starts to crack around edges.
7. take cookis within a couple of min.off the cookie sheet so that they do not stick to cookies sheet
8. cool on rack
