Peanutbutter Bannana Bread with Chocolate Chips |

Delicious afternoon or preworkout snack. Have it with a big glass of ice cold skim milk. Ingredients:
3/4 cup whole wheat flour |
1/4 cup wheat germ |
1/4 cup bran |
1/4 cup brown sugar |
1 tsp baking powder |
1/2 tsp baking soda |
1/4 tsp salt |
3 bananas |
1/3 cup peanut butter |
1/3 cup lowfat plain yogurt |
1/3 cup egg whites |
1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce |
1/2 cup chocolate chips |
Directions:
1. 350 degrees 2. Coat loaf pan or 13 x 9 with cooking spray. 3. Break up babanas and use mixer to mash them up. 4. Add in all other ingredients except chocolate chips. 5. Mix it all up until well blended.Fold in Chocolate Chips 6. Bake for approx. 40 mins or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. |
