This is sooooo easy. AND delicious! Ingredients:
4 large tuna steaks |
canola oil (as needed) |
dry roasted peanuts (chopped, as needed) |
fresh toasted breadcrumb (as needed) |
Directions:
1. Heat broiler. 2. Brush tuna with oil. 3. Coat with an even mixture of peanuts and crumbs. 4. Broil until golden. |
