Increase breast milk production and strengthens the blood. Good for breastfeeding mothers with low milk supply. It is good for post-natal constipation too. Try this daily for 5 days and see if milk supply improves. I would recommend using a slow cooker to make this soup. Ingredients:
90 g raw peanuts |
1 pork trotter |
Directions:
1. Wash the trotter and parboil for about 10 minutes. 2. Scrape the skin to remove any hairs and dirt. 3. Place the trotter and peanuts in a deep pot and add sufficient water to cover. 4. Bring to a boil and lower heat to simmer for more than 2 hours or until trotter and peanuts are soft and tender. 5. Add salt to taste before serving. |
