Smooth soup with a unique flavor
Ingredients:
3/4 cup chopped celery
3/4 cup chopped onion
3/4 cup chopped carrot
6 tablespoons margarine
6 1/2 cups milk, scalded
1 1/4 cups smooth peanut butter
1 1/2 teaspoons of sugar
3/4 teaspoons salt
dash worcestershire sauce
Directions:
1. Saute celery, onion, and carrot in margarine
2. Pour about 1/3 of scalded milk, 1/3 of sauteed vegetables, and 1/3 of peanut butter into a blender.
3. Add all of salt, sugar and Worcestershire sauce to blender.
4. Blend until smooth and pour into a sauce pan.
5. Repeat with remaining ingredients
6. Bring soup up to serving temperature using medium heat.
