Great with Teriyaki Chicken...From Gourmet Magazine Ingredients:
dressing |
1/2 cup smooth peanut butter |
1/4 cup soy sauce |
1/3 cup warm water |
2 tbls. ginger, peeled and chopped |
2 tbls. red wine vinegar |
1 1/2 tbls. sesame oil |
2 tsp. honey |
1 tsp. red pepper flakes |
pasta |
3/4 lb. spaghetti or linguine |
4 scallions, thinly sliced |
1 red bell pepper, julienned |
1 yellow bell pepper, julienned |
3 tbls. sesame seeds, toasted |
Directions:
1. Puree dressing ingredients in blender until smooth 2. Pour into large mixing bowl 3. Cook pasta according to package directions and drain 4. Add pasta, scallions, peppers and sesame seeds to dressing and toss to combine 5. Do not add all ingredients until ready to serve~~~This has to be served immediately~~~ |
