This is one of three served at Cheesecake Factory with their Thai Lettuce Wraps. Ingredients:
1/4 cup peanut butter (creamy best) |
2 tablespoons water |
4 tablespoons sugar |
1 tablespoon soy sauce |
1 teaspoon rice vinegar |
1 teaspoon lime juice |
1/2 teaspoon chili oil |
Directions:
1. Combine peanut butter, water, sugar, soy sauce, rice vinegar, lime juice, and chili oil in a small saucepan.
2. Stir mixture over a medium heat until it begins to bubble.
3. Cover the pan and remove from the heat.
