Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups fresh ground organic peanuts |
1/4 cup rice wine vinegar |
1/8 cup tamari |
4 ounces red curry paste |
1 bunch thai basil |
4 kafir fresh lime leaves |
1 tablespoon sesame oil |
1/2 cup sweet chili sauce |
12 ounces coconut milk |
1/4 cup cilantro |
1/8 cup brown sugar |
2 ounces lime juice |
1/2 cup scallion |
1 tablespoon minced garlic |
Directions:
1. place coconut milk in pan on the stove over low heat -. 2. add: fresh ground peanuts/blend well with wisk -. 3. add:. 4. curry paste,thai basil,kaffir lime leaves,lime juice,sesame oil,sweet chili sauce,,brown sugar,cilantro,tamari sauce, and rice wine vinegar. 5. simmer for 1 hour on low heat.do not allow to boil. 6. best when served warm/with chicken,rice/or pan fried noodles. |
