1 tablespoon peanut oil |
1 cup chopped onion |
1/4 cup brown sugar |
1/2 cup ketchup |
1 tablespoon minced garlic |
1 tablespoon hot chili sauce, sriracha or sambal oelek |
1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil |
1 tablespoon light soy sauce |
1/2 cup smooth peanut butter |
Directions:
1. Place peanut oil in non-stick saute pan over low heat. Sweat onion 1-2 minutes. Add brown sugar, ketchup, garlic, chili sauce, sesame oil, soy sauce and peanut butter. Stir until peanut butter melts and everything combines. |
