This sauce is great for marinating chunks of chicken or beef or veggies. Thread on a stick and bbq. Or use as a dipping sauce for the same. Ingredients:
1/3 cup creamy peanut butter |
1 tablespoon soy sauce |
1 cup beef stock or 1 cup chicken stock, use 1 cube and 1 cup water if necessary |
1 tablespoon grated ginger |
1 garlic clove, minced |
2 teaspoons cornstarch |
Directions:
1. In a large pan, combine peanut butter, soy, broth, ginger, garlic and water. Mix well and heat through. Add the cornstarch to thicken slightly. |
