Super easy and super yum...Pressure cook the peanuts with a little bit of salt to save time...You can replace the peanuts with chickpeas... Ingredients:
1 cup steamed peanuts |
1/4 cup cucumber - (chopped) |
1/4 cup pomegranate |
1 tablespoon onion - (chopped) |
1 tablespoon tomato - (chopped) |
1 tablespoon coriander leaves - (chopped) |
lemon juice - few drops |
salt - to taste |
chilli powder - a pinch |
cumin powder - a pinch |
coriander powder - a pinch |
