This is a good side dish to go with a spicy chicken bake or Thai chicken salad wraps. Or just eating plain! Ingredients:
1/3 cup peanut butter |
1/4 cup white wine vinegar (you can also use rice vinegar) |
3 tablespoons oil |
2 tablespoons soy sauce, add more to taste |
1 tablespoon sugar |
2 garlic cloves, add more to taste |
1 dash cayenne |
Directions:
1. Mix in bowl and add to cooked rice. |
