A delicious peanut based beverage.
Ingredients:
8 ounces shelled roasted peanuts
1 1/2 pints water
1 can sweet milk (condensed milk)
1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence (or extract)
1/2 teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg
1 teaspoon honey
Directions:
1. Place the shelled peanuts in an blender.
2. Pour water in gradually while blending the peanuts Blend thoroughly.
3. Strain mixture through a sieve lined with muslin, pouring in a little at a time.
4. Discard the contents.
5. Add milk and ingredients, then sweeten to taste.
