Ingredients:
2 1/2 cups sugar |
3/4 cup white corn syrup |
1 cup evaporated milk |
3 cups raw peanuts |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
1 teaspoon butter |
Directions:
1. Mix sugar, syrup, milk and peanuts together; cook over low heat for 1 hour or until mixture reaches 260F on a candy thermometer. 2. Add butter and vanilla; beat until creamy. 3. Pour out by spoonfuls on wax paper to form patties. 4. Ready to eat when cool. |
