Peanut Oat Breakfast Cookies |

Good for Breakfast! You can sub applesauce for some or all of the bananas (might need to adjust sweetness). Ingredients:
1 cup oatmeal |
1/2 cup protein powder |
1/4 cup chunky peanut butter |
2 bananas |
1 package artificial artificial sweetener (i use stevia) |
1 teaspoon baking powder |
1 teaspoon baking soda |
1 teaspoon cinnamon |
Directions:
1. Mix everything together (I like to leave chunks of bananas), shape into 4 cookies and bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes. |
