1 cup chopped salted peanuts |
3/4 cup all-purpose flour |
3/4 cup quick cooking oatmeal |
2/3 cups packed brown sugar |
1/2 tsp. salt |
1/2 tsp. baking soda |
1 egg, lightly beaten |

1 jar (7-oz.) marshmallow creme |
2/3 cups carmel ice cream topping |
1 3/4 cups salted peanuts |
Directions:
1. In a bowl, combine the first 6 ingredients; stir in the egg. 2. Cut in butter until crumbly. 3. Press into a greased 13x9x2-in. baking pan. 4. Bake at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes or until lightly browned. 5. Spoon marshmallow creme over hot crust; carefully spread evenly. 6. Drizzle with the carmel topping; sprinkle with the peanuts. 7. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until lightly browned. 8. Cool on a wire rack. 9. Cut into bars. |
