Ingredients:
2 cups dry roasted peanuts, finely ground |
1 1/2 cups toasted soft breadcrumbs |
2 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
1 egg yolk |
1/2 cup chicken broth |
Directions:
1. Combine peanuts, breadcrumbs, butter, salt, and pepper, stirring lightly; add egg yolk and broth, mixing well. 2. Spoon dressing into a greased 1-quart casserole. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until lightly browned. |
