This recipe goes with Pork Satay with Peanut Dipping Sauce Ingredients:
1/3 cup fat-free, less-sodium chicken broth |
1/4 cup reduced-fat creamy peanut butter |
1 teaspoon minced fresh peeled ginger |
2 teaspoons fresh lime juice |
1 teaspoon low-sodium soy sauce |
1 garlic clove, minced |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan; stir with a whisk until well blended. Bring to a simmer over medium heat, and cook 5 minutes or until slightly thick. Remove from heat; cool slightly. Serve with pork. |
