Peanut butter, cream cheese, chocolate pudding and cool whip dessert that will be an instant hit at any gathering. Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups flour |
3/4 cup butter |
1 cup peanuts, chopped |
8 ounces cream cheese |
1/3 cup peanut butter |
1 cup powdered sugar |
2 cups cool whip |
2 (15 1/2 ounce) cans prepared chocolate pudding |
4 cups cool whip |
1/4 cup peanuts, chopped |
20 -24 maraschino cherries |
Directions:
1. Bake crust as directed and cool before adding each layer in order. 2. Crust: Melt butter. Add flour and chopped nuts. Mix well and press into cake pan. Bake crust for 10-15 mintues 350 degrees. 3. 1st layer: Blend together cream cheese and peanut butter. Add in powdered sugar. Fold in cool whip. 4. 2nd layer: Chocolate pudding. 5. 3rd layer: Cool whip, cherried and chopped nuts. 6. Enjoy! |
