1 pkg. yellow cake mix |
1 c. peanut butter |
1/2 c. pkd. brown sugar |
1 c. water |
3 eggs |
1/4 c. vegetable oil |
1/2 to 3/4 c. semisweet chocolate chips, divided |
1/2 to 3/4 c. peanut butter chips, divided |
1/2 c. chopped peanuts |
Directions:
1. In a mixing bowl, beat cake mix, peanut butter and brown sugar on low speed until crumbly. Set aside 1/2 cup of this mixture. 2. Add water, eggs and oil to remaining crumb mixture and blend on low until moistened. Beat on high for 2 minutes. 3. Stir in 1/4 c. Each of the chocolate and peanut butter chips. Pour into a greased 13x9x2-inch baking pan. 4. Combine peanuts, reserved crumb mixture and the remaining chocolate and peanut butter chips; spinkle over the batter. 5. Bake at 350 for 40 to 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Cool completely. |
