Both recipes are from Savannah Seasons, a cookbook by Elizabeth Terry, a famed chef from Savannah, GA, and owner of Elizabeth's on 37th. Ingredients:
1/2 cup peanut butter |
2 tablespoons soy sauce |
2 tablespoons sesame oil |
1 teaspoon hot chili sauce |
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice |
1 tablespoon garlic, minced |
1/2 cup water |
Directions:
1. Combine all the ingredients in the bowl of a food processor and process until blended and smooth. Set aside to thicken and combine the flavors for at least 30 minutes. Store in the refrigerator; serve at room temperature. |
