This is a recipe I've had for years. I got it from a co-worker, I think. It's really good to make around the holidays, or any other time! Ingredients:
2 - 6 oz. packages butterscotch chips |
1 - 6 oz. package semi-sweet chocolate chips |
2 tbs. paraffin |
1 lb. salted dry-roasted peanuts |
Directions:
1. Melt chips and paraffin in top of a double boiler until melted. 2. Add peanuts; mix well. 3. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto waxed paper. 4. Let cool in fridge for several hours. 5. Enjoy! :) |
