These are my most requested treat! They make a wonderful gift at Christmas. The key is in the vanilla . Ingredients:
8 (2 ounce) vanilla candy coating, squares cut up |
2 2/3 cups milk chocolate chips |
1 lb salted spanish peanut |
Directions:
1. Melt candy coating and chocolate chips in a heavy saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly. 2. Remove from heat and stir in peanuts. 3. Drop mixture by tablespoons onto waxed paper-lined baking sheets. 4. Chill until firm. |
