Ingredients:
1 romaine lettuce heart, chopped |
1 1/4 cups chopped cooked chicken breast |
3/4 cup frozen snow peas, thawed and trimmed |
1/4 cup shredded carrot |
1/4 cup chopped roasted lightly salted peanuts |
1/2 cup light sesame-ginger dressing |
8 (1-oz.) mini whole wheat pita rounds, halved |
Directions:
1. Combine chopped lettuce and next 4 ingredients in a large bowl. Drizzle with sesame-ginger dressing; toss to combine. Fill each pita half evenly with mixture. 2.
