To make this last you will have to put everyone on rations. It is so-o-o good.
Ingredients:
1c creamed honey
2c semisweet chocolate chips
1c smooth peanut butter
2c salted peanuts
Directions:
1. You will need a 10x15'' jelly roll pan and foil.
2. Dampen pan with water, center the foil over pan. Press it into place, pressing into the corners as well. The damp pan makes the foil cling so it doesn't move around when you spread the candy bar mixture on it.
3. Combine the honey and chocolate chips in a heavy bottomed saucepan. Cook over low heat until chocolate starts to melt, stirring often. Turn up heat to med-high and cook to a boil stirring often.
4. Remove from heat .
5. Add peanut butter; stir until smooth; stir in peanuts.
6. Moving quickly pour the mixture down the center of prepared pan, spreading evenly to edges. Let the pan sit on the counter several hours to set.
7. Place in refrigerator for about 15 mins. before cutting. Invert pan onto cutting board and cut into bars with a sharp knife.
