This recipe came from an Estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the McDougal Estate in Terrell, Texas in 1984. Ingredients:
8 ounces cream cheese |
2 cups powdered sugar |
1 cup smooth peanut butter |
1 baked pie shell |
12 ounces non-dairy whipped topping |
Directions:
1. In large mixing bowl cream peanut butter, cream cheese, sugar and whipped topping. 2. Pour into pie shell and chill at least one hour. 3. Top with additional whipped topping if desired. |
