3 celery stalks |
1 white onion |
2 butternut squash |
1 cup penut butter, best if smooth |
1 tsp yellow curry |
vegetable soup broth |
2 tbsp olive oil |
Directions:
1. Sautee chopped up celery and onions until soft and golden 2. boil butternut squash or microwave to soften 3. melt penut butter 4. add the curry to the celery and onions 5. then add penut butter 6. mix well 7. add broth |
