1/2 lb ground beef |
1 tablespoon vegetable oil |
1 small onion, chopped fine |
1 stalk celery, chopped fine |
2 carrots, diced 1/4 inch |
2 medium potatoes, cubed |
1 cup smooth peanut butter |
2 boneless beef cubes |
1 (1 lb) can tomato paste |
1/2 cup peanuts |
4 cups water |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Brown the beef in vegetable oil. Add the next 4 ingredients and brown. Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. 2. Reduce heat to medium low and simmer for 1/2 hour or until the potatoes are fork tender. |
