These are a quick, healthy snack for little kids, and their parents. Not for kids under 2 years. Good when hiking in a cool climate, and you need a good energy source. Vegetarian. Ingredients:
3/4 cup nonfat dry milk powder |
1/2 cup natural-style peanut butter (trader joes) |
3 tablespoons honey |
1/2 cup crispy rice cereal |
Directions:
1. Mix everything together. 2. Roll into bite size balls. 3. Place on cookie sheet with wax paper. 4. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour. |
