Very good and a nice creamy, peanut buttery chocolatey fudge. Everyone seems to like this one when I make especially during the holidays. Ingredients:
6 ounce package semisweet chocolate chips |
6 ounce package butterscotch chips |
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter |
3 cups miniature marshmallows |
1/2 cup salted peanuts |
Directions:
1. Place chocolate chips, butterscotch chips and peanut butter in glass bowl and microwave on high for 2-1/2 minutes.
2. Stir until melted and smooth.
3. Mix in marshmallows and peanuts until evenly coated.
4. Spread in buttered square baking pan then refrigerate until firm.
5. Cut into bars.
