Ingredients:
1/3 cup sugar |
4 1/2 teaspoons cornstarch |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1 1/2 cups milk |
1/2 cup half-and-half or 1/2 cup cream |
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
Directions:
1. Combine sugar,cornstarch and salt. 2. stir in milk and half and half. 3. Bring to boil cook and stir 2 minutes. 4. Remove from heat. 5. Stir in peanut butter and vanilla. 6. Refrigerate. |
