I found this recipe on JAG's Fitness Blog. I haven't tried it yet, but it looks really good. Ingredients:
4 scoops whey protein |
1/3 cup natural-style peanut butter |
1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa |
100 ml water (more if needed) |
sugar substitute (to taste) |
Directions:
1. Add dry ingredients to a mixing bowl. 2. Slowly add in the water, mixing well until a thick, gloopy consistency. 3. Spoon into a cake tin and pop in the freezer until ready to eat. |
