Peanut Butter Protein Bars |

Very easy and healthy recipe adapted from Spark People. No baking required. Ingredients:
1 cup peanut butter |
3 tablespoons honey (to taste) |
1 1/2 cups chocolate whey protein powder |
1 1/4 cups old-fashioned quaker oats |
3 tablespoons water |
Directions:
1. Mix the peanut butter and honey in a bowl. 2. microwave for 30 seconds. 3. Add the rest of ingredients and mix together. 4. Press into a 9x9 tray and refrigerate for 20 minutes. 5. Cut into 12 equal bars. |
