Peanut Butter Pretzel Pops |

Found in Better Homes and Gardens Fast Fix Family Food book. Ingredients:
18 ounces roll refrigerated peanut butter cookie dough or 18 ounces refrigerated chocolate chip cookie dough |
1 cup finely chopped dry roasted peanuts or 1 cup honey-roasted peanuts |
10 -12 pretzel rods, halved crosswise |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Lightly grease cookie sheets; set aside. Roll dough into twenty 1 1/4 inch balls. Place peanuts in a small dish. Roll dough balls in peanuts, pressing to coat dough balls evenly. Reshape dough into balls if necessary. Insert the cut end of a halved pretzel rod into each dough ball, pressing rod into, but not through, the end of the dough ball. Place 3 inches apart on prepared cookie sheets. 2. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until tops are lightly browned. Let cook for 1 minute on cookie sheets. Transfer to a wire rack and cool completely. |
