Peanut Butter Pretzel Bites |

these liitle candies are so yummy salty and sweet great combo. hope you enjoy them it makes alot 8 1/2 dozen. Ingredients:
1- package ( 14 ounces) caramels unwrapped |
1/4 - cup butter cubed |
2- tablespoons water |
5 - cups miniature pretzels |
1- jar ( 18 ounces) chunky peanut butter |
26 ounces of milk chocolate candy coating ....(or you can use the candy bark ) |
Directions:
1. in a microwave- safe bowl . melt caramels with butter and water stir until smooth
2. spread one side of each pretzel with 1 teaspoon of peanut butter t and top with 1/2 teaspoon caramel mixture
3. place on waxed paper- lined baking sheets
4. refrigerate until set
5. in a microwave , melt chocolate candy coating. stir until smooth (do not over cook it or it will burn and be lumpy.....)
6. using a small fork dip each pretzel into coating until all is covered shake excess off....
7. place on waxed paper
8. let stand until set
9. store in airtight container in cool dry place............
10. yields 8 1/2 dozen ...
