I recived this from a chef that worked at the Opryland Hotel (in Nashville, Tenn.). I hope you enjoy this! Cook time is chill time. Ingredients:
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese (softened at room temp.for one hour) |
1/3 cup peanut butter |
1/2 cup sugar |
1 tablespoon milk |
1 cup heavy cream (whipped) |
graham cracker crust (can use chocolate crust if desired) |
Directions:
1. Blend cream cheese, peanut butter, sugar, and milk. 2. Fold in heavy cream. 3. Pour into pie crust. 4. Chill up to 4 hours or overnight. |
