You can use low-fat ingredients in this pie with excellent results. Ingredients:
3 ounces cream cheese, softened |
1/3 cup peanut butter |
1 cup powdered sugar |
1/4 cup milk |
1 (8 ounce) carton frozen whipped topping, thawed (cool whip) |
1 chocolate crumb crust (9inch) |
1 cup chopped peanuts |
Directions:
1. Beat cream cheese until fluffy. 2. Mix in peanut butter and sugar. 3. Gradually add milk; mix well. 4. Fold in whipped topping. 5. Spoon into crust. 6. Chill until set. 7. Sprinkle with peanuts. |
