Peanut Butter is well loved in our house. This recipe makes 2 pies, one to eat after it's been chilled & one to freeze for later. Ingredients:
1 package(8oz) cream cheese, softened |
2/3 cup peanut butter, ( i do use one cup, it just depends on how peanut buttery you want it) |
1 tbsp. milk |
2 cups confectioners' sugar |
1 carton(12oz) frozen whipped topping thawed |
2 graham cracker crusts, 9 inches each |
dry roasted peanuts |
Directions:
1. In a large bowl beat the cream cheese, peanut butter & milk until smooth. 2. gradually beat in confectioners' sugar. 3. Fold in whipped topping. 4. Spoon into crusts. 5. Cover & refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving. 6. Sprinkle with peanuts |
